Question
Yoga, medication, psychotherapy, or simply talk . What is, according to you the best remedy to irrational anxiety crises ? Please just note that in this question the distinction between stress and anxiety means a lot, and that anxiety is our focus .

Patients with anxiety, each deal with there problem differently, any one of the things you have listed will help, talking ones way through the crisis, or whatever is making you anxious, is wonderful and teaches self control of our emotions. I believe medication gives us a false sense of security, but prescribed properly, and taking it in an orderly way will level your emotions out. But do not let it become a crutch. Facing, and dealing with anxiety from within yourself, is my opinion is the best way to go...thank you Permalink:
